A Bittersweet Goodbye to Our Goldendoodles
This wasn't an easy decision. For years, raising Goldendoodles has been one of the greatest joys of our lives — every litter, every puppy, and every family we've had the privilege of matching has meant more to us than words can say. Closing this chapter is genuinely hard.
As we close this chapter, our full attention turns to Standard Poodles at Poodles of Piedmont — a part of our family for many years already, raised alongside our Goldendoodles the whole time. Now we get to give that work everything we have: the same family, the same home in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and the same devotion to health, temperament, and love in every puppy we raise.
If you're one of the many families who welcomed a Strong Oaks puppy into your home — thank you doesn't feel like enough. Watching your puppies grow into beloved, spoiled, deeply loved family members has been the truest reward of this work. That bond doesn't end here. Our door is always open — if you ever have a question or need advice, we're here. And we would love nothing more than seeing pictures and hearing updates on how they're doing.
